Refund and Return Policy
At Bullion Traders, we are committed to ensuring a satisfactory shopping experience for our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Process
To initiate a return, please notify our Customer Service Department at sales@bullion-traders.co.za within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
Once you have contacted us, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- For exchanges, if a suitable replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund.
Refund and Exchange Circumstances
Change of Mind or Incorrect Product Ordered:
- Returns due to a change of mind or ordering the incorrect product must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- A 10% restocking fee applies.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Faulty or Damaged Items:
- If the item received is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it.
- Bullion Traders will cover return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
- A full refund or exchange will be offered without a restocking fee.
Wrong Item Received:
- If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days.
- We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost.
- If the correct product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Product Never Arrived:
- If your product does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping. If the order is cancelled after shipping, it will be treated as a return, and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
Refund Timeline and Method
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via store credit, based on customer preference.
Shipping and Handling Costs
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for returns involving faulty, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind or incorrect orders.
Return Period
- All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- After this period, returns, refunds, or exchanges will no longer be accepted.
