At BullionTraders we provide all of our customers with a refund, return or exchange policy on all the items that we sell. The right is limited to seven (5) days from the date on which the customer has received the products from us. You must notify BullionTraders Customer Service Department at sales@bullion-traders.co.za within seven (5) business days from the date that you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you, at that time. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs. The customer must make sure to carefully package and provide tracking information for the product that they are returning and the customer will assume the full cost of return shipping. BullionTraders may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not reasonably conform to these terms. In the case where a customer requests to exchange an item, BullionTraders expressly reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. BullionTraders at its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not comply with the requirements listed above. BullionTraders does charge 10% of the total purchase price as a restocking fee on all orders that are returned. Also, when returning bullion products, the customer may be required to pay additional market loss penalties on items returns at the discretion of BullionTraders. If market gains were to be incurred on a refund, those gains shall remain the property of BullionTraders
