Order Policies and Procedures
When placing an order to buy or sell precious metals with BullionTraders, you enter into a binding and legally enforceable agreement. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Payment Options
BullionTraders requires all payments to be made by credit card, debit card, or EFT (electronic funds transfer). Cash on delivery is not accepted. Orders may be cancelled if payment for EFT orders is not made within 24 hours. To secure the quoted price at checkout, payment must be received within this timeframe.
Chargeback Policy
You agree not to file a chargeback for any purchase and to abide by the dispute resolution procedures outlined here. If a chargeback is filed and resolved in our favour, you agree to reimburse us for any associated costs, including reasonable compensation for our time spent handling the matter.
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the precious metals market, all sales of gold, silver, platinum, and palladium are final. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If a customer insists on cancelling, a 10% fee will be applied.
Documentation
BullionTraders reserves the right to request additional documentation for certain orders.
Cancellation of Orders
BullionTraders reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, regardless of payment method or price confirmation.
Return Policy
BullionTraders offers a refund, return, or exchange policy for all items within seven (7) days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact BullionTraders Customer Service at sales@bullion-traders.co.za within seven (7) business days of receiving the item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be properly packaged and include tracking information. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, and additional market loss penalties may apply to bullion product returns.
Collections Expense
If BullionTraders takes action to enforce your obligations under this agreement, including referring your account to a collection agency, you will be responsible for all associated costs, including reasonable legal fees.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is available on orders of R20,000 or more. Orders below R20,000 will incur a flat shipping fee of R99.
Shipping
BullionTraders takes steps to protect your shipment by using discreet shipping labels. Once your items are dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit, but BullionTraders is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. We only ship to clients within South Africa.
Account Settings and Password
When registering with BullionTraders, you will create a password to access the website. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure. BullionTraders will not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorised use of your account.

Payment Method Options
We accept Visa and MasterCard. EFT/wire transfers must be completed within 24 hours. The account holder’s name must match the shipping address. Additional verification may be required.
